Across South Florida, more people are struggling to put food on the table.

Now, Congress must finish the job and pass full-year funding bills that lower costs, protect our communities, and put people first.

JOBS! JOBS! JOBS! That has always been my mantra because a good job is about far more than a paycheck. It is about dignity, independence, stability, and the ability to provide for your family.

I will also stand with FIU as it delivers critical research and restoration efforts. As a proud steward of the environment, I am proud that this work will positively impact generations of South Floridians.
