While today's ruling is an important victory, we must remain vigilant in defending the Constitution and protecting immigrant families from continued attacks on their rights and their dignity.

This decision brings relief to countless families who have spent months fearing that one of our nation's most fundamental constitutional protections could be stripped away.

We should be working together to ensure that law abiding components of DHS remain fully operational and that the people who serve there are paid without delay.
