On rollcall No. 105 on final passage of H.R. 249, I inadvertently voted ``nay.'' I would have voted ``aye,'' which is consistent with my past position on this legislation. In the 112th Congress, I voted ``aye'' on rollcall No. 538 on final passage of H.R. 828, which is virtually identical to H.R. 249. ____________________
