the point being made by the gentleman from Mississippi [Mr. Taylor] is that reasonable people must sit down and find reasonable solutions, but we must also be very clear in answering all the questions associated with this. I am very concerned with the rapidity with which we are trying to move something as important as this bill through this body. I do not think we are giving this the due process which the American people desire and deserve.
