I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end of title II the following new section: SEC. 205. SENSE OF CONGRESS RELATING TO THE PRACTICE OF SILVER LOADING. It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary of Health and Human Services should not take any action to prohibit or otherwise restrict the practice commonly known as ``silver loading'' (as described in the rule entitled ``Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2020'' published on April 25, 2019 (84 Fed. Reg. 17533)). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 377, the gentlewoman from Florida (Ms. Shalala) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
