They threaten the continuity of Congress as a functioning representative of the American people, and our commission respectfully suggests that they need to be addressed.
None of us believe that we should have anything other than elected Representatives.
But, look, we've got lots of vaccine. It ought not to be sitting in refrigerators. We've got to get it out and we've got to get it out quickly.
