He clearly didn't read it. I read the report. It's a very good report. It's consistent with what the media has been reporting around the country about the lack of supplies for hospitals.
It really doesn't. But, you know, what he's really done is he's overruled local government officials, particularly those in my area of South Florida who have been more careful.
