“It just does not have to be this way. We have a real security plan that we will implement. After November 7, our Democratic leader, Ms. Pelosi, who will be the Speaker, who will be the Speaker of this House of Representatives, talks about in the first 100 hours, we will pass legislation that will implement the 9/11 Commission recommendations. That we will make sure that we provide our troops with the equipment that they need, that we will provide the region with the number of troops necessary to get the job done so that we can stand the Iraqi troops up and withdraw our troops, and make sure that we begin to withdraw from the region and develop a plan to make sure that it can sustain itself. It is just mind boggling that they support a stay the course concept. We have got to implement the plan that is going to work, instead of continuing down this path to absolute chaos.”
