That term 'intentional,' Madam Chair, has sort of become a buzzy-word, but it is so important when it comes to making sure that we have diverse opportunities for more people who wouldn't traditionally form that pathway, which is why I have intentionally directed my youngest daughter that she should be an engineer when she chooses her major in college.
