This amendment is noncontroversial. I am not opposed to it because it supports the construction of State extended-care facilities, particularly for those who served in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. We need to take care of those valiant soldiers. Madam Chair, for that reason, I do not oppose the amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
