Clearly, we have all seen the heartbreaking pictures of babies with microcephaly and we have really got to make sure that we not only provide assistance for those who are afflicted with Zika, but to make sure that women--in light of those nations' recommendations to their own people--that they avoid falling pregnant for 2 years, at the same time they are blocking access to family planning to be able to make sure that doesn't happen.
