What a gift to be able to help name this post office and give this well-deserved honor to a remarkable woman, who I hope is watching right now, because she deserves every ounce of the respect that this naming represents. Mr. Speaker, I urge passage of H.R. 2842, and I yield back the balance of my time.

That’s why I’m running: to deliver resources to the people of Broward who know and trust me and want me to keep fighting for them.
I’ll be damned if I’m going to let them steal Broward’s political power, de-unify us and prevent us from standing up for our community’s values.
I fight every single day to help improve the lived experience of the people that I represent.
