The actual construction cost on the Space Station is about $24 billion. I agree that is a lot of money, but it is money that has already been spent. We are ready to roll. And for the sake of abbreviating the debate here, we have had this debate for many, many years, I will conclude and again encourage all my colleagues to vote ``no'' on the Roemer-Sanford amendment.
