I want to address the school choice issue that we are going to be debating in more detail later, just to make one very, very important point. One of the things that has always bothered me is that wealthy people in America have school choice, but poor people do not. Many of those families in poor neighborhoods cannot afford a private option. Unfortunately, many of those types of situations are in the District of Columbia. I have wanted for years to be able to seriously look at this issue, go into some of the poor neighborhoods in America, give the parents the option. And really when we have a marketplace, when parents have an option, I think quality improves. We know that in the consumer sector with consumer goods, it is good to have companies competing with each other.
