I rise in support of the change in language offered by the gentleman from Alabama. I have no intention to oppose this amendment, but accept this amendment. I am happy to craft the language in such a way that business incubators would be available at other NASA centers that currently are not taking advantage of this, I think an excellent tool to make sure that the technology that is developed within NASA is better transmitted out into the economy where it can accrue to the benefit of all the people of the United States.
