We asked the Park Service to designate Canaveral National Seashore as ``no nudity,'' like they had at Cape Cod in Massachusetts, and they have refused, for reasons that I do not understand, and we continue to have a serious ongoing problem. And then when they posted those signs, there were a lot of constituents in my district who were very disturbed about that. And there is concern amongst my constituents, because of their unwillingness to designate this beach as no nudity, that they may in the future again try to set aside a portion of the beach. So I am responding to my constituents, putting into law language that prohibits the Park Service from doing this again. And frankly, I think it was very inappropriate for the Park Service to do that in the first place.
