I would urge all my colleagues to vote ``no'' on the DeLauro amendment. I will say what I have said in the past. I am a former Army physician. I went into the military in 1981, and I can tell you that when I went in, we were very, very pleased with the Reagan administration policy banning abortions at military hospitals. The reason for that is because most doctors, even if they are pro-choice, most nurses, even if they are pro-choice, do not want to have anything to do with this procedure, because once you see it, you know exactly what it is. It is morally wrong to do it. People go into the military because they want to defend their country. They do not want to be involved with this business. I think it is really wrong to be dragging our military into this debate.
