Throughout the last 3 years, we have continued to watch Iran expand its cooperation with state sponsors of terrorism and criminal organizations in our own backyard, while I believe the Obama administration has stood by idly as a spectator.

I congratulate our Special Forces teams. What a wonderful victory it was for the people of the Philippines and for all of the people of the world who are standing together against terrorism.
