I would hope that, now that they have a President who is committed to bringing down the level of corruption, that we will reverse that emphasis.
Well, of course that contact did not begin with this administration. We have always had travel, family unification and other types of licensed travel to Cuba, and it hasn't resulted in any democratic reforms.
