Florida Congressman Soto is a co-sponsor of the legislation, and we thank both congressmen for addressing this issue.
We do not need a statute to give Congress powers it already has under the U.S. Constitution's territorial clause.
Basically, this policy is out of date.
I commend the Commission for stepping up to shut them down.
