It’s pretty obvious what he’s doing. And I’m not accusing him of it. I think he says it. He is building a campaign either for re-election or for president to a small sliver of people who don’t want to follow guidelines from the CDC.

But you can`t lose control of your streets and we`re not targeting any race. We embrace anyone who comes to our city. We`re targeting conduct and the conduct we`re targeting I don`t think anybody can disagree.
So right now just the way mask usage was politicized and vaccinations have been politicized, now following the CDC guidelines is politicized.
