Let me just say right here that the people who are providing security for our country, and are on the job for all of us, are on the job right now. They are out there when we are sleeping, and they are good people. They are very dedicated people. They are at the ports of entry; they are at the airports; they are at the river ports; they are on the 75,000 miles of northern and southern borders in this country. They are on the job. I believe they arranged for the arrest of six persons in New York just a few days ago. We did not have a new Department of Homeland Security. Those people are on the job right now. They are doing the work. So I think we have time to think this thing through and try to do the job right.
