I was just saying as I came in, I saw these young pages here--I have been around here quite a long time, but I haven't gotten used to these. Our country has put a man on the Moon and brought him back to Earth again, but it hasn't yet perfected a really good public address system. A Senator such as myself is not used to the public address system and has to learn how to use the ones we have. As I was saying, I said the person who really introduced court reporting in the Roman Senate was Cicero, which I will discuss at another time. Amendment No. 4557
