Absolutely. And I say this not in defense of smoking, but the young lady or the young man who buys alcohol, or who buys tobacco is not likely to go out and take a smoke and wrap his car around the telephone pole killing himself or possibly some other teenagers or striking an automobile and killing a lady and her daughter who are out grocery shopping.
