The Rivers and Trails Program provides significant benefits to local governments and organizations for river restoration, the preservation of open space, and the development of trail and greenway networks. Certainly, the staff's technical expertise in ecologically sensitive trail construction would be appropriate for the Charles Towne Landing project.
