Well, the Senator is correct. There will be a lot of eyes looking toward the Senator from New Mexico and toward me, and the other 27 members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, when it comes time to put the money on the barrelhead. But having said that, I am going to vote for this bill. I am still going to seek a CBO estimate of the cost because I think that would be helpful in the coming days as we proceed to the conference and then to the conference report, and so on.
