And the Senator from Alaska might be in the same position one day, and I may be. The blame here should be placed in a manner on the whole Senate and particularly, I have to say, the leadership of the Senate. The Republican leadership is in control so I think they bear the greatest responsibility. As I said yesterday, we all are at fault a little bit. But my complaint is not against a Senator. My complaint is the way we have done our work all year long. We dilly dallied, delayed, and had several days out of session when we could have been in, could have been doing our work. That goes for our recent times as well. I say there is where the overall fault lies. I am sorry that because of that, we have been backed up with our backs up against a timeline here when we are about to go out for a Presidential election. And we should not have been put in this position. We should have done this work earlier. I say it was wrong to come in on the Sabbath Day. It didn't have to be done. I regret it.
