I do have a measure to the bill, to the ISTEA bill. I would like them to take a look at my amendment when it is ready. ... I hate that item veto with a passion. But it is there, until the Supreme Court knocks it down. I cannot see how the Supreme Court can avoid knocking that--killing that bill which most Senators voted for, which most Members voted for, but it is coming home to roost now.
