I am not for it; I am not against it. I do not know where I am on this bill. I have not had an opportunity to study a committee report, although the committee report that was accompanying the bill which came from the Committee on Governmental Affairs was available yesterday. I was on the floor all day and into the evening. I personally have not had any opportunity to read that. I never had any opportunity to read the bill. That is nobody's fault that I had no opportunity to read the bill. But I was not aware that the bill the Senate was going to act on would be the bill reported out of the Committee on Governmental Affairs.
