Yes. I thank the distinguished Senator. I am proud to say I have been fighting this fight for clean coal technology now for years. I was in the position to do it during the time I was the Senate Democratic leader. It may have been back when I was the whip. I was able to put money in appropriations bills for clean coal technology. I also thank the distinguished Democratic leader for his kindness and courtesy in allowing me to introduce this bill. I thank him for his drafting of the legislation, and I thank him for his leadership. I thank him for allowing me to be a cosponsor. I yield the floor.
