I urge Senators to cast their vote today. I know most of the other side, if not all on the other side of the aisle, will probably vote against this amendment. We are going to lose on this amendment, but I thank those who have spoken for it. I thank those who will vote for it. Let me say to you that it is not how it looks today; it is how your vote will look 1 year from today. I urge all Senators to support my amendment.
