I just want to say this: I agree with what the Senator said in respect to the appropriations bills. We had this talk--those of us who agreed on appropriations bills. He is ready to vote on them. So am I. I hope the leadership will attempt to get some of the other appropriations bills up. Let us see who is holding up appropriations bills. We have to do the Health and Human Services bill. We have that. We have all of these bills backed up, and not a single one of the 13 appropriations bills has been sent to the Senate. I thank the Senator for making that point. He is ready. Let us vote on those bills.
