What the Senator talked about the love for his daughter, that is a given. I wasn't attempting to connect the Senator from Virginia with Aaron Burr in that respect. The Senator spoke of his daughter, and it awakened memories in my own mind. Burr was a great man, a brilliant man, Vice President of the United States. He killed one of the Founders of this Republic of ours-- not this democracy, but this Republic. And he meant to kill him. In those days, they fought duels to kill. Well, enough about dueling.
