With all due respect, if we are going to limit half the question, we are not really dealing with the situation. Let me answer the Senator. If the Congress refuses to authorize, of course they are going to come out. But let us not assume that and let us not forget that the Commander in Chief will be making an effort to justify the continued deployment of those troops.
