I thank the Senator for the very high degree of leadership that he has demonstrated in managing this bill. It was a difficult bill with a great number of amendments. And he has remained on the floor, worked hard, and demonstrated his characteristic fairness and objectivity throughout the work on the bill. I thank him on behalf of the Senators and express our collective appreciation and, may I say, our admiration.
