I thank my chairman for his sage remarks. Let me thank him also for the leadership that he demonstrates daily in the Senate and in committees. I have great respect for him. I serve on the Homeland Security Committee with him. He is a far-seeing, wise Senator. He acts in the service of his people and he too is concerned about the protection of our country and its security. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. I thank him for yielding.
