The name that keeps bothering me is Aristides. But this was Alcibiades. He was a great speaker, and when he could not think of a word, he paused. He just stopped. He did not say, ``you know, you know,'' or, ``ah, oh, ah, you know, ah, you know.'' He paused. I thank the distinguished Senator from Maryland very much.
