SUNKEN MILITARY CRAFT. Section 1408(3) of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (A), by inserting ``, that was'' before ``on military noncommercial service''; and (2) in subparagraph (B), by inserting a comma before ``that was owned or operated''.
