Hugo Chavez should be, and deserves, labeled a state sponsor of terror, and our Government... need to explain to us why he is not on the state sponsor of terrorism.

I think that pretty much makes the case that Colombia, and perhaps Panama as well, are being targeted and tarnished unjustifiably by this administration.

I don't know how, and maybe you can answer this question, how can we deny Honduras a compact with the MCC but then allow the money to keep flowing to Nicaragua?

The deal is on the -- that is on the table makes the hole deeper. And so don't -- you shouldn't expect people, who believe that we should balance the budget, to vote for a deal that makes the hole deeper.
