People in Latin America don't know where the United States stands, and that is why I think we ought to disengage from the OAS, directly engage with our friends and allies.

It's shocking to me to think that we will give a visa to Raul Castro's daughter and at the same time withhold visas from Hondurans who fought for their constitution and their freedom.
