I would suggest that the State Department sign off on the Keystone XL pipeline, which will then be able to take over for any oil that we are getting from Venezuela.

So it sounds to me that we are in agreement that Chavez is sponsoring terrorism, whether through narcotrafficking, through his cooperation with Iran, through support of Hezbollah and the FARC and other terrorist organizations.
