If we want to show the people of Latin America that we support them and that there is value in being a friend to America, then the Free Trade Agreements must be sent to the Congress immediately for passage.

These agreements represent in my opinion, or the lack of agreements to this point, represent in my opinion a failed foreign policy by this administration.
