If we want to show the people of Latin America that we support them and that there is value in being a friend to America, then the Free Trade Agreements must be sent to the Congress immediately for passage.

The deal is on the -- that is on the table makes the hole deeper. And so don't -- you shouldn't expect people, who believe that we should balance the budget, to vote for a deal that makes the hole deeper.
I certainly hope Argentina will go back to being a friendly country and not being the antagonist that it looks like it is appearing to go down that road.
