I think the OAS stands in the way of democracy, and that we ought to be strengthening our relationships with our friends and allies instead of turning it over to the OAS.

I believe that the OAS is a hindrance to democracy in Latin America.

The OAS should not continue to receive increased funding each year when it continuously fails to do its job.
