The statement in the letter is absolutely accurate. The terminology that happens to be applied to the procedure is not what is at issue. It is a matter of fact, however, that the procedure which exists, which is used, which would come within the scope of this bill is the dilation and extraction procedure, which we just discussed in the colloquy with the gentleman from California.
