that issue, I think, will be clearly addressed by the Tauzin amendment which limits the scope of the coverage of the bill to identified Federal programs, and the programs that are identified there would not include the Federal flood insurance program. So any concern the gentleman would have I think would be entirely eliminated by the Tauzin amendment, and that is one of the reasons we supported the Tauzin amendment. I think it eliminates some concerns about unintended consequences that this legislation might have, because we identify the specific programs that are affected.
