(b) Matters.--Each report component referred to in subsection (a) shall include an identification and assessment of at least five fields of critical or emerging technologies in which the People's Liberation Army is invested, or for which there are Military-Civil Fusion Development Strategy programs of the People's Republic of China, including the following: (1) A brief summary of each such identified field and its relevance to the military power and national security of the People's Republic of China.…”
