I would say that we agree completely with what this amendment is trying to accomplish. We do have a little concern about how this language might fit in with the President's signing of the bill. But we do appreciate the gentleman making some changes in the language that were recommended. With that, we prepared to accept the amendment with the understanding that if we hear from the administration, we may have to come back and see if there would be additional changes that the gentleman might be agreeable to.
