As the gentleman knows, in each of the last 4 years, the subcommittee has supported additional funding to maintain the full fleet of B-52's. But I am sure that he is also aware that the Senate has included additional funds to keep all 94 B-52's in the active inventory. Although the House authorization committee did not authorize this for this fiscal year, the action taken by the Senate is consistent with this subcommittee's recommendation in recent years.
