I am going to support with enthusiasm the Traficant amendment. To lose the war against drugs is tragic, but to surrender to the war on drugs without even launching a fight is just inexcusable. I think that while it might be different than the policies that we have used in the past, I think that the gentleman's approach to this could certainly be one of the major efforts in stopping the terrible influx of drugs into the Nation and into the bodies of Americans.
