the answer is that I agree with the gentleman, that we will not conclude our work prior to the 7th and we will need another CR. But that will not be due to any problems in the House. That will be because we are having some very difficult negotiations in the conference on the remaining bills, and also the fact that the other body has not even passed four of the bills in their own House. So I would suspect that the gentleman is correct, that we will need another CR; and maybe I can have a better explanation at that point.
